*Note: Travel route defined as the roughly 5-mile stretch between the Foothill Boulevard/Mattox Road intersection and the Mission Boulevard/Industrial Parkway intersection.

**Note: The proposed 2025 project times are based on a project that includes a grade-separated interchange replacing the Five Flags intersection. That interchange was dropped from the project in July 2007, but city engineers estimate the change will add/substract no more than 30 seconds from each route.
